  • Destruction Deadline: If the retention period has expired, it shall be destroyed within 5 days from the end date of the retention period. If the personal information becomes unnecessary due to the achievement of the processing purpose, it shall be destroyed within 5 days from the date the relevant reason occurred.
  • Destruction Method: Personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files shall be safely deleted so that it cannot be restored, and personal information printed on paper shall be destroyed by shredding or incineration.

The Company is taking the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
